ROOTS IN ILLINOIS















I come from a long line of midwest farmers. I recently visited Illinois and documented our family land and landmarks.

I interviewed my 97 yr old grandmother about her life, and I learned so much about my family's rich history I have never known.

I am embarking on a book project based on her story, and I look forward to sharing it with you in the years to come.

    This is fantastic Lucy..I have been doing Genealogy for many years. It is very addictive!
    Learn and document as much as you can.

    That is wonderful Lucy. I look forward in reading more about it. Illinois is a really pretty part of the country. My hometown is here in Little Rock AR. I have two books that my family compiled regarding my fathers side of the family. Your writings will be a nice thing to pass along to your children, etc.
